Highlight's Real-time Network Status view uses our Heat- and Service-Tiles layout to give you an overview of your whole IT environment, showing issues both geographically and in terms of the services they affect, how long the problem has been there and whether things are deteriorating or improving. Click through for more detail, still in real time. And unlike other tools, drilling down in Highlight doesn't drop you into reams of engineering data ; you get clear, graphical information all the way down. Engineering detail is there, but only if you want it.

Fast, detailed history for Service Assurance Reports, baselining, outage reports or issue analysis, with full, 3-minute or better granularity over 12 months. Highlight keeps everything, from Service Availability and Outages, to Errors on a Metro Ethernet connection, to Who's logging in & in full detail which makes it incredibly easy to see how trends are evolving. Compare behaviour over previous weeks or months, or drill into a list of outages. It's all done clearly and graphically making it easy to spot patterns or trends.

Visibility of the technologies you use, Assurance on the services you sell Ethernet, MPLS / Class of Service, VPNs, Broadband, LAN Switches, Web Sites, VoIP and Video. Using Highlight can be as easy as knowing Green is good, Red is bad, and driving a mouse ; engineers will find a wealth of technical detail but Sales Teams, Finance or Management can be up and productive in minutes. Highlight collects data on your applications using Cisco NBAR or Flow data from Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed and many others, translating gigabytes of data into straightforward, clear reports.

Designed for sharing. Highlight integrates with your organisation & both its people, and its systems. Service Assurance needs to be visible both across and between organisations & Enterprise and Service Provider, or Engineering and Management. Highlight shares information securely, giving different levels of organisation the visibility they need, and giving each the flexibility to configure and administrate without affecting others, whether it's a Tier-1 Provider supporting a Reseller supporting SMEs, or a major corporate user split by geography and then division. You can send invitations to colleagues from within Highlight, or have Highlight send you summarised or real-time emails on the health of your network and services.
